South African chef Matt has worked as a chef all over the world and you will notice hints of his heritage in some of our menus. Matt has been a chef for 12 years, he has a passion for fire cooking and prides himself on his homemade seasonings and sauces!

Lou is our front of house guru, looking after the bookings and the socials and making sure every event has that exceptional service that we pride ourselves on! Lou has been a wedding coordinator for 8 years and managed restaurants for 10 years before that!
